Return & Refund Policy

  1. Returns/Replacements
  • We are committed to offering our customers the finest skincare & cosmetics products. We hope you will love our products as much as we do. Our shipments go through rigorous quality control processes before leaving the warehouse. However, you may request a return/ replacement/ refund in the following rare cases:
  1. You received a wrong shipment
  2. You received a damaged product or tampered packaging (We are not responsible for any damage caused after delivery)
  3. You received an expired product
  4. You received an incomplete order or some products are missing 
  • Return/ replacement requests have to be initiated within the following timelines:
  1. In case of wrong shipment, damaged product or tampered packaging, within 7 days of date of delivery of order;
  2. In case of expired product, within 2 days of date of delivery of order;
  3. In case of incomplete order or missing product(s), within 2 days of delivery of order. Please also specify whether you wish to get the missing product(s) delivered or to return the order and get a refund. 
  • Return/replacement requests will not be accepted in the following circumstances:
  1. Products have been opened or used or altered;
  2. Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, price tags, accessories etc.) of the products is missing;
  3. Serial Number is tampered with;
  4. The return/replacement request is generated after the applicable time period as per clause 1.2 is over;
  5. Replacement requests are subject to availability of stock. In cases where a replacement may not be available, the amount will be refunded. 
  • Process for Return/ Replacement:
  1. Once you request for return/replacement of a product, a pick up is organized by us for the product(s) at the address where it was delivered. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 5-7 business days after your return/replacement request has been received. 
  2. The product(s) is then brought back to our warehouse, where it is checked by our product verification team. Once the product passes the verification check, a refund is initiated in terms of Clause 2 below or replacement is dispatched as per sub-clause (iii) herein. 
  3. In case of replacement, we will dispatch the new product(s) in 3-4 business days, post the verification check. Replacement is subject to availability of stock. In case of unavailability of stock, the amount will be refunded as per Clause 2 below. 
  • In the event of frivolous and unjustified complaints regarding the quality and content of the product(s), we reserve the right to pursue necessary legal actions against you and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by us in this regard. 
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application of the product and return/ replacement of product due to allergic reaction(s) are not covered within this policy. 
  1. Refunds
  • Upon receipt of returns and subject to passing of product verification check, we undertake to refund to the customer the full price of the returned products, within a maximum period of thirty (30) bank working days from the date of receipt of return. 
  • The products that are returned must be unused, sealed and untampered along with their original packaging, price tag(s), barcode(s), and invoice(s), and must have been returned within the timelines as provided in Clause 1.2 of this Policy. Refund may be refused at our discretion, if the said conditions are not fulfilled. 
  • The customer may be contacted by the product verification team (s) to better understand the damage or defect in the product, prior to issuing any refund. Refund may be refused at our discretion if the product does not pass the product verification check. 
  • For payments made through debit/ credit cards or via net-banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made, within 5-7 business days of refund initiation.
  • For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount to the bank account provided by you in the billing details. In case of NEFT, the refund will be processed only 3-5 business days post the refund initiation. It may take 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. 
  • No cash refunds will be made.
